Last week, on the sunniest day we've had yet this year, we found a free two-hour parking spot close to the Inukshuk on English Bay and walked along the sea-wall all the way to Second Beach in Stanley Park. We were reminded of how incredibly beautiful the coast is and were thankful to be able to smell the salty sea-air and hear the gulls and see the mountains. It felt like we had a real two-hour holiday! We splurged on fish n' chips in Stanley Park, and discovered that Gideon is an enthusiastic fan of french fries.
